Return Policy
At Metallic Fox, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer exchanges on items returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we do not offer cash or credit card refunds. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must in good condition, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your exchange and offer you a new product.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing. Processing your order takes an additional 1 to 2 business days before it leaves our store.
Do you provide tracking information for shipments?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
It can take up to 24 to 48 hours for the shipping carrier to scan your package into their system after it leaves our facility. If your tracking status has not updated after 3 business days, please reach out to us.
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement shipment of an item of your choice.
